Mr. Steven Steptoe, President and CEO of NEANY, Inc., has over 20 years of hands-on experience as a visionary and strategic planner in leading, directing, advancing, and evaluating rapid reaction Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and C-IED solutions. He is currently responsible for providing $175M of CONUS and OCONUS support for the U.S. Naval Air Systems Command. His areas of expertise include UAS, ISR, C-IED systems integration and deployment, rapid prototyping Concept of Operations (CONOP), and program management. Mr. Steptoe has implemented and executed grant programs with the University of Maryland's Department of Aerospace and John Hopkins Applied Physics Lab to collaborate with industry and Government in the development of advanced Unmanned Air Vehicles. NEANY's ability to incorporate advanced technologies into unmanned systems quickly and effectively transition them into operational systems is the hallmark of their business base.
