The Arrow has been developed by Neany as a part of a Navy Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) program. Neany is the prime contractor for this effort, which includes L-3 Communications and Navmar as subcontractors. The Arrow can be operated as either a UAV or a manned aircraft, allowing for fast prototyping of potential payloads.
