Job Description:

Neany, Inc., a Patuxent River, MD based company has an immediate opening for a Software Developer.  The successful candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining our software product lines. You will be required to research, design and code complex algorithms covering a wide variety of disciplines including video surveillance, UAV flight control, and flight simulation. Additional duties include writing white papers, users manuals, and other product support documentation.

This position is a full-time position and will report directly to the Chief of Engineering.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS of Computer Science or Information Technology. Candidates with a related degree or demonstrated experience will also be considered.
3+ years as a developer using programming languages such C, C++, or C#
Knowledge of object-oriented principles and software development methodologies
Ability to effectively prioritize own work and resources to complete projects on time
Ability to excel in a team environment
Professional and positive interactions

Other Desired Skills:

3+ years experience with Visual Studio
3+ years experience with Windows software development
Understanding of networking protocols
Experience with IIS and web services
Experience with Rabbit Semiconductor’s Dynamic C
